- The Ford Transit Concept may be new to New Yorkers - but hey! The London Taxi was the Original. Now much copied by many other "Small Van" type vehicles. See Fiat Diablo etc. They are also good for diabled access conversions - my home town has a variety of these fitted with hydraulic ramps & lifts making wheel-chair access easy as pie!
