Screening calls: Nokia's CK-15W

(Credit: CNET Networks)

Taking a leaf out of Harman Kardon's gadget book, Nokia is about to launch a in-car minidisplay to allow drivers to control their cell phone calls when on the road. The Nokia Bluetooth Display Car Kit CK-15W features a 2.2-inch TFT color display, which can be mounted on a car's dashboard to give drivers the information they need for making and controlling calls via some handsome-looking menus.

Like some of the Bluetooth stereos we have reviewed recently, the CK-15W will have the ability to download cell phone contact books. We'll be doing our best to get one of these puppies in to CNET Car Tech for review as soon as we can.
